The Stage

Eclectic Box is a 70‑seat black box theatre located in the heart of the Mission District in San Francisco, with the ability to add up to 20 additional seats depending on your event’s layout and audience needs.

A dedicated dressing room is located on the first floor with direct access to the rear of the stage, and an additional dressing room is available on the second floor. Restrooms are also located on the first floor for easy access.

The theatre features newly installed sound and lighting systems designed to support a wide range of technical needs, from intimate performances to full‑scale productions.

Rental Rates Performance Rentals (3‑hour blocks)

  • Thu–Sat, 7pm or 10pm: $535

  • Thu–Sat, Late Slot 9:30–11:30pm: $415

  • Sun–Wed, 7pm: $435

  • Sat/Sun Matinee, 1–2pm: $410

Example: A 7pm performance includes a 6–9pm rental window.

Additional Services For rehearsals, tech work, or pre‑show preparation, the theatre offers stage rehearsal and technical time at $60 per hour, giving performers and crews the flexibility to fine‑tune their production. A video projector with a QLAB video license is also available for $25 per day, ideal for multimedia performances, projections, or enhanced visual storytelling.
